We have some very exciting news! We now offer Matterport virtual tours, providing a great platform for taking a virtual 360 degree tour of your home or business. With this you are able click to different points in a room and rotate the camera 360 degrees. Another great feature of Matterport tours is that they create a rough floor plan and a neat “dollhouse” view where you can see a miniaturized version of the entire house. There’s even a measurement tool that allows you to get a rough measurement of a room or wall.
With the current Covid-19 situation a 360 degree virtual tour is a great way to be able to show your listings to potential buyers without them needing to visit the home in person. This helps keep your clients safe and allows buyers to view the home even if they are self quarantined or sheltered in place.
Matterport tours work well with residential real estate, commercial real estate, vacation rentals, and multifamily properties. It’s also helpful for business owners, restaurants, hotels, and anyone that wants to showcase their interior space. We can even upload the tour to Google Street View for an additional charge.
